I had bought the older model DB36-1AV 7 years ago only to find that the buttons on the side was inconvenient for me. This watch has the buttons on the front which eliminated my wrist from unintentionally pushing the buttons. It has 5 alarms, 30 page data bank, stop watch, count down timer, dual time, daylight savings, auto light-on with a flick of the wrist (can be turned on/off), 50M water resist, and 10 year battery. I have an older 10 Year battery Casio which is 7 years old and it's still running on the same battery, original band still intact, wore everyday.
