This phone is a cool little gadget. I purchased from gr8er1 and his customer service is impeccable. I ordered it Thursday morning and it was in hand by Saturday morning! Now to the phone itself. Its a great little gadget. A bit chunky on my small wrists but I sport it with pride. Just dont try to wear it with a very femme dress or you will get those looks. Call quality is great if you are using a headset as the built in speaker is very low so its hard to hear your caller but they can hear you as if you are in the room with them. But the speaker functions excellent for music. I sat outside with friends and entertained for hours with music off of my watch. I wont be using this for messages or internet but it does come with a stylus so you can type those characters in with some ease. As for the picture quality, its great for what it is. Pics are clear but not very bright so lights help. Videos play well but may need some conversion. Luckily on the sellers website he lets you know which speeds are optimal. I can have my songs as ringtones which is a plus and it vibrates if you get a call and you activate that setting. Both options are very cool. Also , set up was mega easy. Just slip in the sim card and its ready to rock! I wish the thing was waterproof and it would never come off my wrist. In the box I received 2 batteries w/ 1 charger for charging battery out of the watch, one 2gb sd card(i thought i would get a 4gb because of a past review), 1 usb cord that can connect the watch to your pc or be used with the wall charger to charge the battery inside the watch, one bluetooth headset with ok sound quality(it should have been lounder!), some manuals (I flipped through but they weren't as helpful as the sellers tutorial videos on his site), and the phone itself. This watch is excellent but you may not be able to read the time in the way it is displayed. It shows the time w/ hands so sometimes it may be difficult to read. I have already took it for a spin at the gym and let me say that is sooo much better than lugging my G1 or using my Palm Pilot with the cords all over. I think I will invest in a nice bluetooth headset and that will make my purchase complete. But people, if you are interested in an entry level watch phone get this one! The customer service is excellent, the product is shipped very fast and you get exactly what you expect.
